Description: “Reaching My Community for the Kingdom”. Encourage, educate, equip, and empower. That’s the purpose of Adventist WestPoint. Adventist WestPoint 2019 is focused on “Reaching My Community for the Kingdom.” Join us on a journey of re-imagining what community engagement can look like by utilizing technology, social service events, networking with community leaders, as well as traditional and progressive evangelistic methods. Discover how community engagement is not a “hook” to “bring them to our church” but an authentic expression of what it means to faithfully live as a Christ-centered Church. Our three days together will give you time to reflect, have meaningful conversations with others as well engage with the plenary and seminar presenters. As we come to April 21-24, 2019, our prayer is that your spiritual batteries be recharged as the Spirit speaks to you about what it means to reach your community for the Kingdom.

Paying by Check? 1) Please complete and print each online registration page with your personal information and registration details. You will be prompted to create an AdventSource account if you do not already have one. If you need to register another person simply click on "add a person" to complete their registration. 2) Mail each completed registration page with your check or money order, paying the exact registration fee, made payable to AdventSource to the address listed below. No partial event registration payments will be accepted. 3) In order to receive a discounted rate your payment envelope must be postmarked with the date that rate ends.
Special Note: Failure to provide each completed registration form with your contact telephone number will delay the processing of your registration. If AdventSource is not able to get complete information within three days of receipt your registration check will be returned.

Mail-in Registrations: All registrations sent by mail must be received by noon Thursday, April 11, 2019.
Lodging: Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel. One South Lake Street, Reno, NV 89501. Each attendee is responsible for booking their lodging online. The $125 per night, plus tax, double occupancy rate is good through April 1, 2019. A complimentary breakfast is included for registered guests.
Meals: All registered full-event attendees will receive lunch on Monday and Tuesday. A One-Day Only attendee will receive lunch if they attend on Monday or Tuesday. Please plan to take care of all other meals on your own.

On-Site Event Registration and Check-in: You may register and pick up your event material on Sunday, April 21, 2019 from 3:00-7:00 pm. You may pay the $80 Full Event, or the $40 One-Day-Only on-site registration fee with cash, or a check or money order made out to the Pacific Union Conference Ministerial Department.
Children: As a courtesy to other attendees, and to maximize your benefit during this event, we ask that you make other plans for the care of your children.
