Description: Since 1998, Rise Against Hunger has been committed to providing nutrition and resources for the world’s most vulnerable while simultaneously engaging and inspiring volunteers around the globe to take action. The Rise Against Hunger Experience brings to life a hands-on service event where volunteers can touch the lives of millions of people around the world in critical need by packaging meals.
At our 2020 NADHR Conference, we will be hosting a Rise Against Hunger Experience. All NAD HRC attendees are welcome to participate. This will be a two-hour event on Sunday, April 26, 2020. Volunteers will have the opportunity to make a big difference by volunteering a few minutes to prepare meal packages.
Who Should Attend: All NAD Human Resources Conference registered attendees and guests are invited to participate.

Lodging: Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel, 31 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204, A block of rooms has been reserved for April 23-30, 2020. The special room rate of $165 per night, plus tax, will be available through March 26, 2020, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. This rate includes complimentary internet in the guest rooms. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. Hotel check-out time is 12:00 pm. Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Discounted self-parking at the rate of $25 is available for overnight guests.
