Description: Following the amazing 2015 CALLED Convention in Austin all full-time pastors of the North America Division are invited to gather together to be inspired, valued, connected, and equipped for greater faithful service in ministry. Pastoral spouses and families will have their own relevant programs. The exhibitor hall will have a significant presence during this convention. You will not want to miss this amazing event.
What Type of Vendors Should Attend: Ministries and providers who have materials and resources for ministers are invited to attend.

Resource Center Access Only Name Badge: Each booth space includes two (2) "Resource Center Access Only" name badges. In order to gain access to the Resource Center, everyone must have a name badge. If you and/or your representatives are not registered for the conference, you must have a "Resource Center Access Only" name badge. The cost of an additional "Resource Center Access Only" name badge is $39.
CALLED 2020 NAD Pastors Family convention registration is optional. AdventSource offers a highly discounted convention registration rate of $169 for resource providers who are working in the resource center. This special rate includes two noon meals, access to Rupp Arena sessions and access to Super Seminars.
Booth Assignments: Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to grant requested space, but are not required to do so. NAD reserves the right to shift space or make modifications in the published floor plan as deemed necessary to meet the needs of resource providers and/or the resource center as a whole.
Booth Displays: Booth displays should not extend beyond the 10' X 10' floor area. Please respect the sightlines of the neighboring booths by placing all items taller than four feet in the back half (the back four feet) of your booth space. No resource provider will be permitted to place signs or display products in such a manner as to obstruct the view or adversely affect the display of other resource providers.
NAD Rights: The NAD reserves the right to: 1) Refuse the application of any exhibitor; 2) Ask and require any resource provider to adjust the setup of a booth; 3) Limit the use of audio and visual equipment to allow for a reasonable conversation level and determine what that level is; 4) Require resource providers to remove any item from displays which does not conform to the aesthetic standards of CALLED 2020; 5) Require resource providers to remove any sign, literature, etc. that NAD deems contradictory to the philosophies and standards of NAD; and 6) Rearrange the floor plan if necessary. Any infringement upon these restrictions may result in resource provider's removal from the Recource Center hall.
Default of Occupancy: Any resource provider failing to occupy contracted booth space by 4:00 pm on Sunday, June 21, 2020 is obliged to pay the full cost of such space. Such failure to occupy shall constitute an event of cancellation and/or default. In the event of cancellation or default, all obligations of NAD to the resource provider shall cease. NAD shall have the right to use said space to suit its own convenience, to include selling the space to another resource provider without any rebate or allowance to the defaulting resource provider.
Subletting Space: No resource provider shall assign, sublet or share the booth space without the written consent of the Resource Center Coordinator.
Insurance: It shall be the responsibility of the resource provider to secure necessary insurance coverage. The resource provider acknowledges that neither NAD, or the convention center maintain insurance covering the resource provider's property. It is the sole responsibility of the resource provider to obtain business interruption, property damage and liability coverage covering any such losses or claims. Resource providers assume entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of theft, injury or damage to resource provider's displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises. Resource providers shall indemnify and hold harmless NAD agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
Decorator Rules and Regulations: The resource provider agrees to conform to all rules and regulations of the conference's official decorator as detailed in the official service kit provided by that company. Where union personnel are required by the decorator and/or hotel, the resource provider must comply with union requirements. NAD is not responsible for the decorator and/or hotel personnel and neither can nor will the NAD guarantee that services and/or utilities promised by the decorator and/or hotel shall be available during the conference.
Shipment of Booth Materials: The resource provider shall make arrangements for booth materials to be shipped directly to the decorator's warehouse, not to the hotel/convention center. Neither the hotel or convention center assume any responsibility for materials shipped erroneously to them. You will receive the George Fern Service Kit with complete shipment information once you have completed your exhibitor registration.
Set-up and Tear Down: Under no circumstances will the setup, tear down or removal of any portion of a booth space be permitted during the Resource Center hours without permission being secured in writing from the Resource Center Director employed by the NAD. Please review the Resource Center schedule for exhibit move-in and exhibit move-out times. A $250 penalty will be assessed to any resource providers that tear down, pack up and/or remove any portion of booth space before the show closes at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. In addition, early departures may result in denial of future applications.
Registration Fees: All registration fees are per exhibit space. Each 8' X 10' booth space includes one 8' black cloth drape and two 3' black cloth side drapes, one 8' skirted table, two folding chairs, an identification sign, a waste basket and two (2) "Resource Center Access Only" name badges per space. In order to gain access to the Resource Center, everyone must have a name badge. If you and/or your representatives are not registered for the conference, you must have a "Resource Center Access Only" name badge.
The cost of an additional "Resource Center Access Only" name badge is $39 as listed below. CALLED 2015 NAD Ministerial Conference registration is optional. If you choose to register, the discounted registration fee of $169 includes two meals and plenary sessions. No additional Resource Center Access Only Badges will be sold on-site.

Internet and Electricity: All exhibitors will need to order Internet and electricity from the convention center provider. You will be provided information to make your order once you have completed your exhibitor registration.

Paying by check? 1) Please complete and print each online registration page with your personal information and registration details. Refund Policy You may request a refund minus a $200 processing fee, per registration, through April 14, 2020.
