Ingredients:
1/2 c sifted whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 c sifted whole wheat bread flour
1/4 t salt
2 T cold water
1/4 c olive or vegetable oil
Directions:
Sift the flour and salt together. Pour the water into the oil but do not stir. Add to the dry ingredients and mix with a fork until all the flour is dampened. Roll out onto ungreased air-insulated cookie sheet with waxed paper on top to the thickness of thick pie pastry. A pizza wheel works nicely to score it into bite-sized squares. Carefully prick each square to prevent blistering.
Bake at 450° 8-15 minutes. Watch carefully!
