A 1994 survey of public opinion about Seventh-day Adventists revealed that public awareness of the church dropped sharply in the previous decade. What could be done? This report challenges the Adventist Church to once again focus its energies on developing public awareness and positive perceptions of the church. How? By identifying a consistent public image of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and implementing strategies for developing that public image. Included are recommended strategies for community involvement and the church's media relations program.
