Winners Pledge Card

The pledge is on the front of the card: “With God’s help, I want to be a true winner, to be the best I can be and do the best I can do. Because drugs can keep me from reaching my goal, I CHOOSE not to use tobacco, alcohol, or other harmful drugs, and to help others do the same.”
