Dr. Cecily Daly is a professor in the Department of English and Foreign Language at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama. Since 2004 she has been in prayer leadership position the president of the now known North Alabama Prayer Federation of South Central Conference. Of the many offices she has held in church, whatever touches prayer ministry and children captivates her most, so pray, teens! Pray!
