Throughout history, men and women from all walks of life have mentored others, imparting knowledge and life skills.
Today, mentoring goes beyond career development; it has lifelong consequences, leading to personal and professional transformation.
Reflect on your experience—victories and failures, talents, skills, expertise, and your overall career. They have made you who you are. How can you use these God-given abilities to help someone else? Mentoring comes from a decision to share your experience and knowledge with others. Are you willing to pass them along? Are you ready to invest in someone’s growth?
The Mentorship Guide makes a case for why individuals and organizations should embrace mentoring, offering practical ideas on how to successfully start and maintain mentoring programs.
