The purpose of this handbook is to provide a resource that will assist school board members in meeting their responsibilities in the Seventh-day Adventist (Adventist) school system. Conference superintendents are encouraged to use this manual for in-service programs. Board members are encouraged to annually review the manual, ask questions, and discuss ideas.
