About the Author

Roger Walter thoroughly enjoys life with Gail, his wife of 30 years, and their family. They have eight children and one son-in-law. Together they love rock-climbing, hiking, building, photography, growing with Jesus, and reaching lost people. He is the lead pastor at the Adventist Community Church in Vancouver, Washington. He is also the Outreach Director for the Oregon Conference which means he primarily focuses on evangelism, church planting, and coaching pastors. Roger has an earned doctorate in preaching from Andrews University.
